The hotel has new facilities that are very well-maintained. Our quadruple room was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly, providing helpful tips in great English. You are also just a short walk from beautiful city views.

The breakfast was authentic and rich in local flavors, curated by Mira, which made it a highlight of our mornings. The hotel's prime location provided us with easy access to the best beach in Ksamil, along with vibrant shops and nightlife.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from the beach and close to shops and bars. The rooms are comfortable and bright, with excellent daily cleaning service. I also appreciated the new and modern facilities that made the stay even more enjoyable.

The air conditioning's management could be improved for better comfort during hotter days.

Stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Sea View. The room was spacious and bright, but the view was partially blocked by another building. The bathroom was modern and nice. It was clean every day, which was great. Not a direct beach view, but beach access was super close. it felt pretty comfy and clean.

The hotel is a short stroll to the beach, making it easy for our family with three small kids to enjoy the sun and sand. We also appreciated the clean and bright quadruple room we had, which accommodated us comfortably.

My wife says that the breakfast options were a bit limited for families, especially for the kids.

stayed for 14 nights at bora bora hotel and it was amazin! the best part was our room with a sea view, we loved sittin on the terrace watchin sunsets. the breakfast was so good, especially the cappuccinos from mario! we also loved the location, right on the beach and close to all the fun spots. the service, especially from ani, was super friendly and made us feel at home.

the shower splashed everywhere so it was a bit messy after, and i wish there was a kettle in the room for tea.
